The rooms are organised between the 2 half-floors of the house and a pavilion. The villa will offer you a double master bedroom, with bathroom (bath) and toilet. There are two large double bedrooms and two small double bedrooms, all with a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a dormitory for children or teenagers with up to 6 beds arranged in an adjoining way, bathroom with shower.
 

Outside, you can enjoy the infinity pool and its covered terrace, where there are some deckchairs so you can laze at your ease, beside a large grassy area. Enjoy the many activities in the villa, which has a tennis court and a petanque area and a mountain bike track around the property. It will also be possible, on request and according to a quote and a separate deposit to organise the rental of boats (sailing or motor for the ride or the practice of water skiing).

 

Also at your service, a team of house staff composed of 8 people, responsible for the maintenance of the house, the preparation of meals and shopping.

 

The villa is only 10 minutes drive from the villages of Bin El Ouidane and Ouaouizerth, and near the cities of Azilal, and Ouaouizerth, where you'll find clinics, doctors and pharmacies.

 

Also, the owners' dogs, who are hospitable, discreet and live on the property, are not allowed to enter the house.
